Registration
The Retrouvaille program consists
of both a weekend phase and a 6-session post weekend phase.
See details in the enclosed brochure. The weekend phase will
be held at either a hotel facility or a retreat center. Check-in
time on Friday will be 7:00 to 7:30 pm, and the program will
end at approximately 5:00 pm on Sunday. The 6-session post
weekend phase usually takes place at a local church or retreat
center. A schedule of the post weekend sessions will be provided
upon confirmation (or before upon request). Retrouvaille recognizes
that marriages don’t break down in one weekend, and it
would be an unrealistic expectation to assume that a marriage
can be repaired in one weekend. Attendance at the weekend
is mandatory in order to attend the post weekend phase. It
is most critical to attend the post weekend phase of the Retrouvaille
program if you have expectations of restoring the health of
your marriage.

If you and your spouse decide to register, return the enclosed
registration form with your non-refundable registration fee
of $300.00 made payable to Retrouvaille of Metro-Detroit. A voluntary
contribution to help cover expenses of the weekend and post
weekend phases of the program will be requested during the
weekend (i.e., rooms, meals, & materials).
It is URGENT that we receive your registration at least
15 days prior to the weekend date in order to make necessary
reservations for your stay. However, reservations are confirmed
on a first-come, first-serve basis and frequently a waiting
list is established. After we receive your registration, a
confirmation letter and directions will be mailed. We will
contact you to confirm your willingness to participate in
the program. It is necessary that your registration is received
in adequate time to allow for this transfer of information.
If you are seeing a counselor or psychiatrist, it is advisable
to notify him/her of your decision to attend this Program.
If your counselor or psychiatrist has any concerns or questions about your participation in the Program, have them call or email the Registration Couple handling the program date you choose.

Spanish Registration
El programa de Retrouvaille consiste de dos fases: El fin
de semana y el seguimiento de 6- sesiones. Vea los detalles
en el folleto, la fase del fin de semana se llevara en el
hotel Comfort Inn en la ciudad de Plymouth. El horario
de entrada es el Viernes de 7:00 a 7:30 pm, y termina aproximadamente
a las 5:00 pm el domingo. Las 6 sesiones de seguimiento se
llevarán en la parroquia de St. Stephen/Mary Mother of the Church en Detroit.
Retrouvaille reconoce que los matrimonios no se deterioran
en un fin de semana, y sería irreal esperar que sean
reconciliados en un fin de semana. Para poder asistir a las
sesiones de seguimiento es obligatorio que asista al fin de
semana. Es muy importante que asistan a las sesiones de seguimiento
si se espera restaurar la salud del matrimonio.

Si usted y su pareja deciden registrarse, regrese la forma
de registro con su depósito de $75.00 dólares,
pagadero a Retrouvaille of Metro-Detroit. El pago del deposito
no se regresará en caso de que no asistan, pero puede
usarse para otra fecha del programa. Al registrarse en el
hotel el viernes se les pedirá el resto que es de $250.00
esto ayuda a cubrir los gastos del fin de semana y los del
seguimiento (por ejemplo, el cuarto, las comidas y los materiales)
Es URGENTE que recibamos su forma de registro 15 días
antes del fin de semana para poder hacer las reservaciones
necesarias. De alguna manera, las reservaciones se confirman
en el orden que se reciben y con frecuencia se establece una
lista de espera. Después de que recibamos su forma
de registro, se les mandara una carta de confirmación
con las direcciones del lugar. Nos comunicaremos con ustedes
para confirmar su disposición de participar en el programa.
Es necesario que se reciba su forma de registro con tiempo
para poder recopilar su informacion.
Si esta teniendo consultas con un consejero o psicólogo,
se recomienda que le de a saber de su decisión para
atender al programa. Si su consejero tiene preguntas acerca
del programa, pídale comunicarse con alguna de las
Parejas de Registro mencionadas arriba.
